Örebro Gasteknik AB designs, supplies, installs, and services complete storage and vaporization systems for the manufacturing and process industries. To ensure an uninterrupted gas flow when natural vaporization in the tank is insufficient, a properly sized vaporization system is required.
We offer electric and water-heated vaporizers with capacities ranging from 25 kg/h up to 1,200 kg/h (as well as parallel-connected modules for higher flow requirements), fully adapted for LPG, biopropane (bio-LPG), and other liquid energy gases.
Industrial vaporization systems (liquid to vapor phase)
When propane or bio-LPG is consumed in large volumes, the pressure and temperature in the tank drop, requiring an input of heat energy to ensure that the liquid transitions to the vapor phase without interruption:
Electrically Heated Evaporators (25–1,200 kg/h)
Dry or water-bath-heated compact units with fast response times, ideal for variable flow requirements and small- to medium-sized industrial applications.
Hot Water- and Steam-Heated Evaporators
High-capacity evaporators that utilize the facility's existing waste heat, hot water, or steam to minimize operating costs.

Fully equipped with approved safety valves (SBV), solenoid valves, overfill protection, mechanical and electronic level sensors (e.g., Rochester), and telemetry for automatic level monitoring.
